One mat. Endless grounding.
Use it where you already spend your time
Get outside when you can. For the hours you can't, the mat brings the ground to you, so grounding fits into the day you already have.

How it works
Three steps. No tools.
Your outlet's ground port connects to the earth. The mat's conductive surface connects to that port through the cord, so touching the mat with bare skin is like standing on the ground outside.
1
Check your outlet
Plug in the included outlet checker. Its lights confirm the outlet is wired with a working ground.
2
Snap and plug
Snap the cord onto the mat, then plug the safety adapter into the outlet. Only the ground port is used.
3
Go barefoot
Rest your feet, hands or legs on the mat while you work, read or sleep. Use it as often as you like.

Questions
Before you order
Can't find an answer? Email Noah@EarthGround.com and a real person will reply.
How does the mat connect to the ground?
The cord connects the mat's conductive surface to the ground port of a standard US outlet. The ground port is wired to the earth, so the mat carries that connection indoors. The adapter uses only the ground port.
Do I need a special outlet?
Any properly grounded three-prong US outlet works. Use the included outlet checker to confirm before you start.
How do I know it's working?
If the outlet checker shows a correctly grounded outlet and the cord is snapped onto the mat, you're connected. A continuity tester can also confirm the mat itself.
Where should I put it?
Wherever your bare skin can rest on it: under your desk, across your bed, on the couch or on the floor while you stretch.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a cloth dampened with water. For spills, use a little soapy water. Don't put it in the washing machine.
What if it's not for me?
Every order is covered by our 100% money-back guarantee. Contact us and we'll arrange a refund.
When will it arrive?

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING !!! I’m telling you I’d give this 100 STARS... I'VE PURCHASED 7 MATS SO FAR. I’m 57 yrs old, had my only child at 36yrs of age and he sucked every ounce of my energy from me... so that means for the last 21 yrs was taking rx diet pills, 5 hour energy ...ANYTHING FOR ENERGY...NOT ANYMORE!!!
I have known since a little girl somehow we are connected to this earth. Don't know if I felt this way cause I'm an earth element Capricorn, but I never thought I would find out before I died how we are connected... and now I KNOW!!!
I’ve kept a log daily for 3 months on the hours I used the mat and my symptoms...IT’S FREAKIN UNBELIEVABLE...everything that I’m going to list did not happen all at once its over a 3 month period
* I use the mat from 3~4 hrs a day..IF I DON’T USE THE MAT FOR THAT LONG AFTER A DAY OR TWO SYMPTOMS COME BACK
* Energy was the first thing to happen, feel 10 yrs younger NO JOKE!!
* My mind so much clearer
* This is UNREAL ALSO... Not constantly craving sweets like i have my entire life (parents owned/Dairy Queen...no more need to explain that ..GREW UP ON ICE CREAM, SWEETS)
* Do not smoke cigarettes as much anymore
* Last two things to happen..NEVER EVER, EVEN IN CHILDHOOD HAVE I EVER BEEN ABLE TO FALL ASLEEP BEFORE 1~2AM... I’M TELLING YOU ITS A MIRACLE...I’M ASLEEP BY 10~10:30PM AND UP AT 6~7AM. DON’T EVEN REALIZE I’VE FALLEN ASLEEP TIL I WAKE IN THE MORNING...IT’S UNBELIEVABLE!!!
* LAST THING THAT HAS CHANGED (I KNOW I KEEP SAYING MAT IS AMAZING..IT’S A MIRACLE AT LEAST FOR ME... EVER SINCE I CAN REMEMBER I’VE ALWAYS HAD A SADNESS IN ME (at 26yrs old i started taking an ssri antidepressant, which helped a lot but still always had that lingering sadness in me)...GONE NO MORE, IT’S JUST COMPLETELY GONE THE SADNESS
***EVERYONE ONE NEEDS TO WATCH “CLINT OBER” DOCUMENTARY ON AMAZON PRIME ON GROUNDING...I’M PRETTY SURE HE’S THE ONE THAT FIGURED THIS ALL OUT****
BUT NOTE: EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT AND JUST LIKE MEDICINE ONE MIGHT WORK FOR YOU BUT DO NOTHING FOR OTHER...MY POINT IS HIS MAT DID NOT WORK ON ME
Ok I’ll stop raving on this but need to let people know 2 or 3 more things...
* My mother 78yrs old...took me forever to get her to use mat. She now uses everyday... gives her energy like crazy and her legs for years always been swollen... NO LONGER ...GROUNDING MAT FIXED IT!!
* My Dad 77yrs old ...when i can get him to use mat his mind is so much clearer can follow along in conversation with others without getting lost and confused ... his joints feel better
* My aunt Angie has lost weight and NO LONGER HAS TO TAKE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICINE
** I PROMISE LAST THING... Noah w/ earthground.com IS THE BEST !!! His website was down not working couple weeks ago ....PUT ME IN A PANIC... found his email address on website... LETS JUST SAY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!!!
Thanks so much NOAH WOODS YOU ARE THE BOMB!!!

My routine is already busy, so anything that requires a lot of effort usually gets abandoned. That’s why this has worked for me. I use it during that late afternoon slump, and because it’s already there, I end up using it consistently. Over time, my evenings feel calmer and less restless. I almost talked myself out of buying this because I’ve tried enough products to know that not everything deserves the hype. I’m glad I gave this one a shot. I use it under my desk while I work, usually when I’m trying to come down from a long workday or just settle in for the night. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is that I seem to fall asleep faster and wake up less during the night. It hasn’t felt flashy or overpromised, just steady and useful. The mat itself feels durable and well made, and that made a good first impression right away.
